The Hauptstraße is located between the historic center and Dresden’s Neustadt, probably the most vibrant and creative part of town. No matter where you come from, you’ll only need about ten minutes to get to the airport, to the train station or the next tram stop.
If you take the tram, you need to get off stop Albertplatz and then just take a leisurely walk of 3 minutes. Tram lines 3,6,7,8, and 11 will bring you here.
Parking your car could be a difficult choice, so if you can, take the tram.
